Buildertrend handoff

The Buildertrend tab previews the job that would be created from the signed design: customer, address, model, and price. Simulate handoff does not call Buildertrend. The partner API is not public yet. When a webhook or partner credential is configured, a signed proposal can be pushed from the proposal page. See the developer page for the fields.
